Economic development plays a critical role in
controlling growth of our local property taxes and
ensuring our long-term prosperity. My years of
experience on the Holliston Town Planning Board will help me create a
better climate for business and job growth while
protecting our environment and preserving our quality of
life.
We have some of the best schools and most creative minds
in the world. We need to harness them to create good
paying jobs for our communities. As your legislator, I

Decrease the cost of providing quality healthcare
Work with other Metrowest legislators to obtain:

scheduling on the Commuter Rail

Reasonable tolls for our
commuters. We will pay our fair share, but not the majority of
the Big Dig
Create reasonably priced housing solutions for the

for our regional economy
High Quality Public Education
Communities in our district have worked
hard to develop high quality public schools. I will actively represent
the interests of our children and teachers at the State House and will
be a full-time voice in support of adequate state funding for our
schools.
Environmental Protection
Environmental changes happen slowly, and we need to act
now to ensure a healthy future for our children and
grandchildren. As a Planning Board member and Chairman,
I have led successful efforts to pass regulation that
protects our water resources and open space. As your
legislator, I will work to:

Continuous Improvement in Our Government
The concept of Continuous Improvement is a management
technique that has kept American business viable against
stiff foreign competition. My business background and
education will allow me to advocate the use of sound
management techniques to improve how our tax dollars are
spent. While I clearly understand our goals, I will
openly solicit input from my constituents as well as
academia, government and business to create policy that
is well researched and effective in improving our
quality of life.
