zoning bylaw changes that should have significant positive
environmental impact.
"The long-needed revisions to
Holliston's open space bylaw will result in increased acres of
protected open space, preserving Holliston’s natural assets,
including our water resources, at no cost to Holliston taxpayers. The
recently passed stormwater bylaw tightens the protection to our water
resources afforded by state law. Carolyn not only cares about the
environment but she does something about it. She does her research,
